OUTLINE OF COMMODITY FUTURES BUSINESS

Business of conducting commodity market transactions, foreign commodity market transactions and over-the-counter derivatives transactions as defined in the Commodity Futures Trading Law of Japan, as well as commissioning, acting as an intermediary or agent for commodity market transactions, foreign commodity market transactions and over-the-counter derivatives transactions.

Intermediation of foreign commodity market transactions and over-the-counter derivatives transactions, etc., conducted by the Japanese Firm, who specializes in the listed commodity being traded in its normal course of business, with Toyota Tsusho Metals Limited.

• LME Contracts – London Metal Exchange listed commodity trading
• LME Averaging Contracts – Settlement price monthly average transactions for LME-listed products
• Precious Metals OTC derivative contracts – Precious metal swap transactions subject to Loco London and Loco Zurich, Loco London and Loco Zurich fixing price monthly average transactions.
